API changelog

/api/v1 is frozen. Additive fields may appear. Renames and removals go to /v2 with a deprecation window of at least 90 days.

2026-09-16 — /v1 contract freeze

• One Vm object on create, get, and list: id, name, plan, status, ipAddress, region. vmId is a deprecated alias of id.
• Status enum: pending | running | stopped | error.
• Canonical base URL: https://www.skyvm.cloud/api/v1. Downloadable OpenAPI at /api/openapi.yaml.
• Exact names (no random suffix). PUT /vms/{name} ensure-or-get. GET /vms?name=. 409 name_taken on duplicate POST.
• Optional healthCheck. vm.ready webhook. Public /v1/webhooks with webhooks:manage.
